Many digital projects fall under this category and means that your cost will be predictable since it’ll be based on a fixed amount, or flat fee, model. The fee is based on a few key factors, such as online presence (e-commerce vs. static), and content strategy that aligns to your business requirements as well as goals. Keep in mind that if original scope changes, then the flat-fee will be adjusted accordingly, and we’ll always be transparent first and foremost. This model is great when requirements are clearly defined in the beginning stages of the project.
Recommended for projects that have clearly defined requirements in the beginning stages.
Some digital projects will fall under a custom price model, as the requirements are not as clearly defined in the beginning phases. However, in this category we’ll provide you with a ballpark estimate and keep track of the budget as the project evolves – and if we’re at risk of running over, we’ll be sure to work with you ahead of time to make the proper adjustments.
Recommended for projects where requirements are not completely known in the beginning while adding flexibility in the digital process throughout.
This pricing model allows you to set a budget allocated to activities such as website maintenance and support, ongoing content creation/updates, and search engine optimization. For example, this can range from content updates, additional site revamps, to annual hosting and domain name fees. This can be established for predetermined time, such as 3 months, 6 months, 9 months, 1 year, and so on. Keep in mind that this is a use-it-or-lose-it approach, and cannot rollover once the time of the retainer has expired. And of course, we’ll be sure to provide you with ongoing alerts so that you can make the best use of your retainer.
Recommended for post-launch projects that require ongoing maintenance and optimization.
Also known as pay-as-you-go, this is a great option if don’t want to commit with ongoing maintenance and updates, as in the Retainer pricing model. This means that you’ll engage with us whenever you want an website update, content marketing support and we’ll price things out for you in the most cost-effective way possible. Once the price is set based on level of effort, this would then by default fall under the Flat-Fee price model.
Recommended for low maintenance activities that don’t require a ton of effort.
